Book Submission Process

Thank you for you interest in becoming a Quill & Ink House collaborator.

We are currently seeking works in:

  • Fantasy

  • Romance

  • Science Fiction

  • Thriller/Suspense

  • Young Adult (YA) across all genres

At Quill & Ink House, we use a three stage editorial process designed to thoughtfully evaluate each project before moving forward into collaboration.

All submissions begin with a literary presentation sent via email. Please do not send full manuscripts unless they have been requested.

Submission Guidelines

Step 1: Literary Presentation

The literary presentation serves as the initial introduction to your book and allows our team to evaluate its overall fit within Quill & Ink House.

Your submissions should follow the guidelines linked aboce and be sent to:

Please note that we cannot guarantee review of literary presentations that do not follow our submission requirements.

During this stage, we evaluate: concepts and originality, market positioning, and overall fit within Quill & Ink House.

Step 2: Full Book Request

If your literary presentation aligns with our direction, we may request the complete manuscript for further review.

At this stage, our team evaluates: narrative execution, writing quality and consistency, structural cohesion, and storytelling potential.

Please note that full manuscripts are accepted by request only, and unsolicited manuscripts may not be reviewed.

Step 3: Collaboration &

Partnership Development

Selected titles will move into the collaboration stage.

During this process, we work directly with the author to discuss:

  • Collaboration

  • Book materials and presentation assets

  • Wholesale pricing and distribution considerations

  • Partnership structure

  • Marketing alignment and launch planning

Our goal is to build thoughtful, and long term partnerships with authors whose work aligns with the vision and standards of Quill & Ink House.
